Mini Laundry Room Makeover

We were so happy to buy our house with a laundry room on the main floor. While it is nothing spectacular, it served its purpose and didn't require going down another flight of stairs into the basement as so many houses do. Right off of the kitchen, we had already redone our coat closet to serve as an bench and storage area, so next we set our eyes on this room.

We knew both the walls and cabinets could use a paint job, and the cabinets needed some basic hardware. In the end, it all definitely made a difference.

While there's no great way to take a picture of a small laundry room, you can tell it is much brighter and happier than it was. (The new washer and dryer don't hurt either!) The quote on the cabinet door was one of my first Silhouette Cameo projects.
